If you are a client or visitor in the European Union or the United Kingdom, our privacy notice explains how we process personal data under the EU GDPR and the UK GDPR.

1. Data controller

2. Personal data processed

Within the scope of the services we offer through our website, the following personal data may be processed:

• Identity data: first name, surname
• Contact data: email address, phone number, company name
• Customer transaction data: brief content, project details, messages
• Transaction security data: IP address, log records, cookie data
• Marketing data: advertising cookie identifiers (only with your cookie consent)

3. Purposes of processing

Your personal data is processed for the following purposes:

• To enable you to use the services we offer
• To communicate with you and to send our replies to quote requests and briefs
• To fulfil our contractual and legal obligations
• To analyse how the website is used and improve its performance
• To carry out ad measurement and remarketing with your explicit consent (cookie consent)
• To resolve legal disputes relating to our services

4. Transfer of personal data

Your personal data may be transferred, within the framework of Articles 8 and 9 of the KVKK and in line with the purpose of processing, to our service providers in Türkiye and/or abroad (hosting, email infrastructure, analytics services). Where explicit consent is required, your consent is obtained separately.

5. Method of collection and legal basis

Your personal data is collected through website forms, email, phone, WhatsApp, contracts, information requests and cookies. Your data is processed on the legal grounds set out in Article 5 of the KVKK: legitimate interest, performance of a contract and your explicit consent.

6. Rights of the data subject (KVKK Article 11)

As a data subject, you have the right to:

1. learn whether your personal data is processed;
2. request information about it, if your personal data has been processed;
3. learn the purpose of the processing and whether your personal data is used in line with that purpose;
4. know the third parties in Türkiye or abroad to whom your personal data is transferred;
5. request the correction of personal data that is incomplete or inaccurately processed;
6. request the erasure or destruction of your personal data under the conditions set out in Article 7 of the KVKK;
7. request that the correction, erasure or destruction be notified to the third parties to whom your personal data has been transferred;
8. object to a result arising against you from the analysis of the processed data exclusively by automated systems;
9. claim compensation if you suffer damage because of unlawful processing.

7. How to apply

To use the rights listed above, you can send your application in writing, together with documents that allow us to verify your identity, to our address or to info@marscreative.com.tr. Applications are answered within 30 days at the latest.
