PROCESS AUTOMATION

OCTOBER 2026

Process automation with AI.

We take repetitive work off your team and hand it to the system. We build workflows that classify requests from email and forms, extract data from documents and prepare reports on their own. We connect the tools you already use, bringing in AI for steps that need interpretation and your team for steps that need approval.

What gets automated?
Repetitive tasks such as data entry, request routing, document reading, reporting and content drafts.
With which tools?
n8n, Make, Zapier or, where needed, custom code.
Who stays in control?
You do; risky steps do not move forward without your team’s approval.
Price?
Confirmed in the quote, based on the number of workflows and the systems to connect.

WHAT WE DO

What automation covers.

Setting up a tool is easy; the hard part is choosing the right task and running the workflow reliably.

  1. 01

    Process discovery

We map how much time each task takes, and which steps follow rules and which need judgement.

  2. 02

    Connecting your tools

We turn data carried by hand between email, forms, spreadsheets, CRM, accounting and messaging tools into a workflow.

  3. 03

    AI steps

Steps that need interpretation, such as classification, summarising, extracting data from documents and drafting.

  4. 04

    Human approval

An approval queue for risky steps: AI makes a suggestion, your team makes the final call.

  5. 05

    Error handling and logging

A log of every run, notifications and retries when something fails; the workflow does not stop silently.

  6. 06

    Data security and KVKK

From the start we define which personal data goes to which service, how long it is kept and who can access it, in line with KVKK (Türkiye’s Personal Data Protection Law).

  7. 07

    Documentation and training

We document how the workflow runs in language your team understands and show them how to use it.

TOOLS AND CONNECTIONS

Built around the systems you use.

We choose tools based on cost, data security and scale, and set up the connections per project.

Tools

  • n8n
  • Make
  • Zapier
  • Custom code (Node.js, Python)

Connections

  • Google Workspace
  • Microsoft 365
  • CRM
  • Accounting and e-Fatura (Türkiye’s e-invoicing system)

Channels

  • WhatsApp Business
  • Email
  • Slack and Teams
  • Telegram

Infrastructure

  • n8n on your own server
  • Locally run model
  • Enterprise AI account

EXAMPLE FLOWS

Trigger, steps, outcome.

Every automation is built on the same skeleton. The flows below are examples of ones we often come across; we map out your own flow together in the discovery call.

  • Enquiry classification

    1. TRIGGER A new enquiry arrives via a form or email.
    2. STEP 1 AI identifies the topic and urgency
    3. STEP 2 The enquiry is assigned to the right person
    4. OUTCOME The record is written to the CRM; urgent enquiries are flagged instantly.
  • Weekly management report

    1. TRIGGER Every Monday morning.
    2. STEP 1 Traffic, ad and sales data is pulled
    3. STEP 2 AI summarises the highlights
    4. OUTCOME A one-page report goes to management by email.
  • Extracting data from documents

    1. TRIGGER An invoice or order document arrives.
    2. STEP 1 Date, amount and line items are read
    3. STEP 2 Questionable records go for approval
    4. OUTCOME The data is transferred to a spreadsheet or the accounting system.
  • Content drafts

    1. TRIGGER A new product is added to the admin panel.
    2. STEP 1 A draft product description is written
    3. STEP 2 Social media copy is prepared
    4. OUTCOME An editor approves, and the content is published.

AN HONEST MATCH

Who it suits, and when it is not enough?

WHO IT SUITS

  • Teams entering the same data into several tools by hand
  • Businesses struggling to route a high volume of email and form requests
  • Teams preparing weekly or monthly reports by hand
  • Companies processing documents such as invoices, orders or applications

WHEN IT IS NOT ENOUGH

  • If the process is not defined yet, it needs clarifying first; automating a messy task just speeds up the mess.
  • For a task done only a few times a month, the setup effort may outweigh the gain.
  • Decisions that cannot tolerate error are not left to AI; these steps are built with human approval.

PROCESS

How do we work?

  1. 01

    Discovery

We follow the work step by step and pick the point best suited to automation.

  2. 02

    Workflow design

We send you the trigger, steps and approval points as a diagram for approval.

  3. 03

    Build

We set up the connections and the AI steps.

  4. 04

    Parallel testing

We run the workflow alongside the manual process for a while and compare the results.

  5. 05

    Monitoring

After launch we monitor errors and extend the workflow as needed.

Ask a question →

What is process automation?

It means handing manual, repetitive work steps over to software. For example, identifying the topic of a form request, assigning it to the right person and logging it in the CRM all happen without anyone touching it. With AI added, unstructured data such as emails or documents can be read too.

How is it different from RPA?

RPA (robotic process automation) usually imitates the clicks a person makes on screen. The workflows we build mostly exchange data directly through the systems’ APIs, so they do not break when a screen changes. AI steps take on work that cannot be reduced to rules, such as understanding what an email is asking for.

Which tools do you use?

Depending on the need, n8n, Make or Zapier; custom code where these are not enough. We make the choice together, based on monthly tool costs, where the data needs to be held and the workflow’s volume.

Is our data safe?

Before the build, we define which data goes to which service and how long it is kept. In workflows involving personal data, we minimise the data and, if needed, run the tool on your own server.

What happens if the AI makes a mistake?

Steps where the AI is unsure, or where a mistake would be costly, go into an approval queue and only proceed with your team’s approval. Every run is logged; when something fails, the workflow sends a notification.

How much does process automation cost?

It depends on the number of workflows, the systems to connect and how many AI steps are involved. After discovery we send a written quote; tool subscriptions and AI usage fees are listed separately in the quote.
