Shipment creation through the web service of Yurtiçi Kargo, a Turkish carrier; clickable tracking links for customers for nine carriers, and order look-up without an account.

An item in checkout is held briefly, so the last one in stock is not sold to two customers at once.

Discount coupons, announcement and slider areas, and approved customer reviews; ratings come with structured data that can show as stars in search results.

Turkish distance-selling documents (the distance sales agreement and the preliminary information form) are recorded with versions; customers receive automatic emails at the order, shipping and return stages.

Is there a yearly maintenance fee?
Maintenance and support for the first year are included in the set-up fee. From the second year, yearly maintenance and support start from £690 · €790 (excl. VAT; no Turkish VAT for clients outside Türkiye); this covers platform and security updates, keeping payment and shipping connections working, and technical support.
An off-the-shelf e-commerce package or a custom online shop?
Off-the-shelf packages start quickly, but you rent them on a monthly subscription, the design is limited by the template and changing platform is hard. With a custom site, the design belongs to your brand, you pay yearly maintenance instead of a monthly subscription, and you can add integrations as you need them. If you have few products and a tight budget, an off-the-shelf package may make sense; we say so honestly.
Which payment methods are available?
Credit card and bank transfer via iyzico are ready in the platform; card details are not stored on your site. Other payment providers such as PayTR and Param, and cash on delivery, are added specifically for your project.
Do you do marketplace and accounting integrations?
Yes, specifically for your project. We build stock and order sync with marketplaces such as Trendyol, Hepsiburada and Amazon, and integrations with accounting software such as Paraşüt, Logo and Mikro and with e-Fatura/e-Arşiv. Scope and price are itemised in the quote.
Can I manage my products myself?
Yes. You manage products, stock, orders, returns, coupons and customers from one panel. If you have many products, you can upload them in bulk with an Excel/CSV file and update prices and stock the same way.
Can you migrate my current site?
Yes. We move products, categories and pages to the new site and permanently redirect the old URLs to the new ones, to try to preserve your rankings on Google.
How long does an e-commerce website take?
A typical timeline is 10–16 weeks; it varies with the number of products, design scope and integrations. With the quote, we give you a weekly schedule and set out in advance what will be delivered each week.
