CASE NOTE

Index 15 / 29

The unseen side of a company with real weight

4K Lojistik’s client list is a reference in itself: Zara, Bershka, H&M, L’Oréal, Bridgestone, Lassa, Petlas, Haribo, Flo, Pierre Cardin. At its own facility in Esenyurt, with a capacity of 25,000 pallets, it runs the warehousing and shipping operations of these brands.

Its online story, however, described the business of thirty years ago. The brand language was built around transport, whereas what the company sells today is contract warehousing, inventory accuracy and an operation managed with ERP software it developed itself. There was no structure where a corporate buyer could visit the site and find an answer to the question “can this company manage my inventory?”

Positioning first, then design

The site was designed from scratch as an original piece of work — but most of the effort came before the visuals. The opening line was rewritten as “Warehousing, Inventory Management and Integrated Logistics Hub”, and the whole page was ordered to carry that claim: first the capacity and accuracy figures, then the separation of services, followed by the client wall.

In a sector where everyone uses stock images, the opening image is an aerial shot of the company’s own warehouse. It is the cheapest difference to make and the hardest to imitate.

Search volumes in the warehousing sector are low but intent is high — the cost per click for keywords such as “warehousing service” and “fulfilment service” is far above the sector average. In a market like this, what pays off is not traffic but the right person finding the right page.

That is why the services were not grouped under a single heading: Warehousing Service, Inventory Management and Custom ERP Software were each set up separately, and each one answers a different search intent and a different buyer question. The blog and “4K Lojistik in the Press” layers were also positioned to feed this structure.

The site is live at 4klojistik.com.tr. The regular SEO work that began in July 2026 is being built on this content architecture.

APPROACH

Built step by step.

4K Lojistik is a 30-year-old logistics company that runs its own facility in Esenyurt, Istanbul. It handles warehousing and shipping operations for brands such as Zara, H&M, L'Oréal, Bridgestone and Petlas. Yet its online presence lagged well behind this weight: the brand was still described in the language of furniture removals, while the business had long since moved into contract warehousing and inventory management. The real problem here was not the visuals but the positioning.

  1. PHASE 01

    Rebuilding the positioning

The site was taken out of the 'removals company' narrative and built around the axis of 'warehousing, inventory management and integrated logistics hub'. The opening line was written to match: high-capacity, fully racked physical storage where products are stocked untouched by hand.

  2. PHASE 02

    Putting the evidence first

In this sector, purchasing decisions are made on trust. Thirty years of experience, 99.8% inventory and shipping accuracy and a storage capacity of 25,000 pallets were brought onto the home page; a client wall of 20 corporate brands was placed at the centre of the evidence. No stock images were used — the facility photo in the opening is the company's own warehouse.

  3. PHASE 03

Content architecture for visibility in the sector

Instead of gathering the services under a single 'logistics' heading, they were separated by search intent: Warehousing Service, Inventory Management and Custom ERP Software, which the company developed itself. The Corporate, Media and '4K Lojistik in the Press' layers were set up to support this separation; the regular SEO work that began in July 2026 builds on this architecture.
