The hardest sale in foreign trade: explaining the service
From customs to logistics, from regulation to finance — foreign trade consultancy is a business with too many parts for a client to grasp in a single sentence. The real design problem on Karma Global’s site was not the visuals but making this complexity readable.
Information architecture along the process
The services were arranged not with catalogue logic but along the client’s own process: where does a company preparing to export start, and which support comes in at which stage? Every service page answers “for whom, and in what situation?” up front, and consultancy requests are made from within the relevant stage. The site is live at karmaglobal.com.tr and takes on the company’s burden of “explaining the work” before the first meeting.
