The digital face of the MRO that keeps aircraft ready to fly

In aviation, one sentence says it all: “When an aircraft is grounded, every minute counts.” Cielo Wings Aviation is a company built around exactly those minutes — an MRO based in Burgas, Bulgaria, and active worldwide. When an aircraft is grounded (AOG), a team that steps in 24/7 coordinates the parts, equipment and expertise, returning commercial and business jets to service safely and quickly. Certified parts supply, maintenance consultancy, and aircraft disassembly and recycling sit under the same roof. The digital face of an operation like this had to keep its promise in the very first second: trust, urgency and clarity.

We took the design tone from the brand itself. For a company based in Bulgaria but working across borders, we built a cinematic, technical and restrained language: a dark composition, real aircraft photography, typography that carries a sense of “precision • traceability • airworthiness”, and restrained accents in the green and red brand colours. The backbone of the page became the 24/7 AOG desk: a persistent call layer, one tap away from every screen, that says “we are here”. The four service lines — AOG, component supply, maintenance consultancy, disassembly & recycling — were brought together in a single, fluent story without drowning the technical depth in complexity; industry professionals find what they need straight away, while decision-makers see the whole picture.

And speed. A slow site would not suit a brand that says “every minute counts” — so we built the infrastructure with Astro + Payload: pages that load in milliseconds, green Core Web Vitals and a clean content structure that editors can manage with ease. Just as in aviation, performance here is part of trust. The site is live at cielowingsaviation.com. This work is also Mars Creative’s 8th project in the aviation sector; although we do not publish some work for permission reasons, we deepen our engineering and design experience in this field a little more with every project.
