A 423-product workwear catalogue: a new showcase, an AI assistant and a quote flow
Gold Fashion (GF Group) manufactures corporate workwear and school uniforms. We moved its site to the Mars CMS platform and redesigned it from the ground up: 423 products in 11 product groups, quote requests and WhatsApp from every page, a catalogue managed from the admin panel and Elif, an AI assistant that answers visitors 24/7. Corporate identity, SEO and Google Ads are handled by the same team.

Index 05 / 29
Gold Fashion (GF Group) is a brand manufacturing corporate and staff workwear as well as school uniforms; it produces logo-branded garments in bulk for organisations and sells directly as the manufacturer. Its buyer is a procurement manager who needs to find the right product group in a few seconds, see samples and request a quote in a single step.
We moved the site to the Mars CMS platform and redesigned it from the ground up around this journey. The 423 products were organised into 11 product groups; every group, product and quote page carries the same yellow and black brand language. The “Request a Quote” form on a category or product page opens with the product group already filled in, WhatsApp and phone are one tap away on every screen, and requests are recorded in the admin panel and notified to the company by email. Visitors’ questions are answered by Elif, an AI assistant that uses the information on the site.
The catalogue is now managed from the company’s own admin panel: when a new product, image or text is published, the site updates automatically. The old addresses were linked to the new pages with 482 permanent redirect rules. Because corporate identity, SEO and Google Ads are run by the same team, the site’s language, searchability and ads work to a single plan.
BEFORE / AFTER
Same address, new site.
Same brand, new showcase: on the first screen, Request a Quote, products and the online catalogue; the Google rating and the company's own figures (500+ corporate clients, exports to 12+ countries, 10+ years of experience).
APPROACH
Built step by step.
Gold Fashion manufactures corporate and staff workwear as well as school uniforms; it works without intermediaries, directly as the manufacturer. Its buyer is a procurement manager who needs to find the right product group quickly and request a quote with a single tap. We rebuilt the site around this journey and made the catalogue manageable from the company's own admin panel.
-
PHASE 01
Moving to Mars CMS — the catalogue is managed from the admin panel
423 products, product images, category texts, 15 blog posts and the corporate pages were transferred to the Mars CMS platform. Adding a product or changing a text or image is now done from the admin panel; when an entry is published, the site updates automatically. The old addresses were linked to the new pages with 482 permanent redirect rules; the links search engines know are preserved.
-
PHASE 02
Product tree — 11 product groups, 2 sectors
The catalogue was reorganised by product type into 11 main groups (work T-shirts, sweatshirts, fleece jackets and gilets, work jackets, work trousers, work shoes and more); chef and waiting staff clothing and hotel and cleaning staff clothing sit in a sector section. Each group has its own image, subcategories and product showcase; products are listed with their code, image gallery and short description.
-
PHASE 03
A new showcase — designed for the B2B buyer
Keeping the brand's yellow and black language, the home page, product groups, product pages and quote pages were redesigned from the ground up. On desktop, a drop-down menu with product images and product search with ⌘K; on mobile, a fixed bar at the bottom with Products · WhatsApp · Call · Request a Quote · Chat. Google reviews are shown live on the site.
-
PHASE 04
Quote flow — one step from every page
The 'Request a Quote' form on category and product pages opens with the product group already filled in; WhatsApp and phone are one tap away on every screen. Requests are recorded in the Mars Creative admin panel and notified to the company by email; the form has an explicit consent checkbox under KVKK (Türkiye's Personal Data Protection Law).
-
PHASE 05
AI assistant — Elif
Elif, an AI assistant that answers using the information on the site, sits in the bottom bar on desktop and in the 'Chat' tab on mobile. She answers questions about products, production and quotes, and directs visitors whose needs have become clear to the quote form.
-
PHASE 06
Identity, SEO and Google Ads — in one team
Corporate identity, search visibility and advertising are run by the same team: page titles and descriptions, product and category structured data and the sitemap were set up for the new structure; Google Ads campaigns are also managed by the same team, to the same plan.
