04 / Webizza — Domain Names, Hosting and Email · Platform + Web + Integration
A domain and hosting platform that takes the order, sets it up and issues the invoice
Webizza is Mars Creative's brand offering domain names, hosting and business email to small businesses. We built the brand, the website and the system behind it from scratch on the Mars platform: live domain search across 70 extensions, card payments through a payment gateway, services that activate automatically once payment is confirmed, e-Arşiv invoices posted to the accounting system, renewal tracking and a customer panel.

Webizza is Mars Creative’s domain, hosting and business email brand for small businesses. Our aim was to offer a new business’s first steps online in one place, with the price clear from the start and set-up included. We designed everything ourselves, from the logo to the payment infrastructure, and built it on the Mars platform.
Visitors see instantly whether the domain they are looking for is available; the first-year price and renewal fee sit side by side on every row. They choose their package and term and pay by card through the payment gateway, in up to 12 instalments. Once payment is confirmed, the domain registration and hosting account are created automatically, the sales invoice is posted to the accounting system and the e-Arşiv invoice (Türkiye’s e-invoicing system) is sent to the customer’s email.
What follows is automatic too: as the expiry date approaches, a renewal invoice and reminders go out, and a transferred domain activates when the transfer completes. Customers manage their services, invoices and support tickets from a single panel and log in to cPanel with one click. Orders, invoices and services are tracked from the Mars CMS panel. Webizza is a live example showing that the Mars platform can run orders, payments and billing, beyond content websites.
APPROACH
Built step by step.
A new business's first steps online are scattered: the domain is in one place, hosting in another, setting up email is nobody's job and the price changes in the second year. We set up Webizza to solve this problem: domain, business email and hosting in one place, with the price clear from the start and set-up included. To do this, we built not just a showcase but a complete system on the Mars platform that takes orders, collects payment, activates the service, issues the invoice and tracks renewals.

PHASE 01
Brand and showcase — webizza.
The logo was designed in electric blue as a wordmark that carries the dot of a domain name. The site was built with a rhythmic language alternating between light colour fields and dark blocks. On desktop there is a mega menu with icons and descriptions; on mobile, a fixed bar at the bottom offers Domains · Hosting · Email · Packages · My account. Prices can be shown in Turkish lira or US dollars with a single tap.
-
PHASE 02
Live domain search and transparent pricing
The name searched for is checked instantly across 70 extensions; the result shows the first-year price and the renewal fee side by side, with other extensions listed as suggestions. The price list gives the first-year, renewal and transfer price of all 70 extensions in one table. Dollar-based domain prices update automatically when the exchange rate moves outside a set band; the 'no surprises at renewal' policy is also written into the contracts.
-
PHASE 03
Hosting, email and packages
Web, business and e-commerce hosting each come in three tiers; business email and Google Workspace set-up are separate products. The price of the three packages is calculated from their components and the chosen domain, and is always slightly cheaper than buying the same services separately. For hosting and email, the term is chosen in the basket: monthly, 6-monthly, yearly, 2 and 3 years.
-
PHASE 04
Basket, payment gateway and e-invoicing
The basket total is always calculated from the product catalogue; consent to the distance sales contract and pre-contract information is collected on the payment screen. Payment is by card through a payment gateway integration, in up to 12 instalments; card details never touch the site's servers, and each payment is verified by querying the provider. After payment, the sales invoice is posted automatically to the accounting system, and the e-Arşiv invoice (Türkiye's e-invoicing system) is sent to the customer's email.
-
PHASE 05
Automation from payment to set-up and renewal
Once payment is confirmed, the domain registration and hosting account are created automatically and the customer is notified by email. Every step is protected against repetition: the same payment is never processed twice, and there are no duplicate registrations or double charges. A renewal invoice goes out 14 days before expiry and a reminder 3 days before; once paid, the service is extended. A domain transferred from another provider activates automatically when the transfer completes. Orders, invoices and services are managed from the Mars CMS panel.
-
PHASE 06
Customer panel and support
The My account screen brings together services and renewal dates, invoices and orders; unpaid invoices can be paid from here. One-click cPanel login and a webmail link for hosting and email are in the panel. Support is opened as a numbered ticket (technical, domain, billing, sales); every reply arrives by email, and its status can be followed in the panel.
-
PHASE 07
Guides, tools and SEO
The help centre has 21 guides: adding email to Outlook, iPhone and Android, SPF, DKIM and DMARC, installing WordPress, restoring from backup and more. The Whois, DNS and email check and What is my IP tools are free. The page structure was built on a search demand map (domain search, business email, hosting prices); product and price structured data, FAQs, the sitemap, GA4 and Search Console were ready from day one, and cookie consent complies with KVKK (Türkiye's Personal Data Protection Law).
